Vintage pieces tell stories. From a 1970s silk wrap dress to a 1960s designer handbag to a mid-century crystal decanter, every vintage find at Kollective Find is hand-selected for character, craftsmanship, and timeless appeal.
WHAT WE CONSIDER VINTAGE
We classify any item 20 years or older as vintage. Our vintage collection spans:
- 1950s and earlier — Antique and mid-century classics
- 1960s — Mod, structured silhouettes, and statement designer pieces
- 1970s — Bohemian style, flowing silks, and iconic logos
- 1980s — Bold colors, power dressing, and statement accessories
- 1990s — Minimalism, slip dresses, and iconic designer pieces
- Y2K and early 2000s — Now considered vintage and increasingly collectible
HOW WE SOURCE
Our vintage pieces come from estate sales, private collectors, and trusted vintage dealers across the country. Every item is carefully evaluated for authenticity, condition, and craftsmanship before it joins our collection.
We look for pieces that:
- Reflect the iconic style of their era
- Are in wearable or displayable condition (with character expected for the age)
- Carry craftsmanship that has stood the test of time
- Offer something unique you won't find anywhere else
WHAT TO EXPECT FROM VINTAGE
Vintage pieces are one-of-a-kind by nature. They've been loved and lived in, and their character is part of their charm. Here's what's important to know:
Sizing runs differently. Vintage sizing does not always match modern sizing. We provide detailed measurements (bust, waist, hip, length, etc.) for every vintage clothing item — please use measurements, not size labels, when choosing your fit.
Patina is part of the story. Light wear, softening of leather, subtle fading, or minor surface marks are common in vintage pieces and reflect their history. We photograph and describe any notable wear so you know exactly what you're getting.
Each piece is unique. Because vintage is one-of-a-kind, once an item is gone, it's truly gone. If you see something you love, don't wait.
All vintage items are final sale. Due to the unique nature of vintage pieces, all vintage purchases are final and not eligible for return or exchange. We encourage you to review measurements, photos, and condition notes carefully — and reach out with any questions before purchasing.
CARE FOR YOUR VINTAGE PIECES
We recommend gentle care for all vintage items. For clothing, follow original care labels where present, and consult a vintage-friendly dry cleaner for special pieces. For handbags and accessories, store in dust bags away from direct sunlight to preserve longevity.
