RETURNS & GUARANTEES
We want every Kollective Find purchase to be one you love. Here's our policy for returns, exchanges, and our quality guarantees.
OUR 14-DAY RETURN WINDOW
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In the same condition you received them
- Unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached (where applicable)
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Vintage items — All vintage pieces are unique, one-of-a-kind, and sold as-is
- Jewelry — All jewelry sales are final
- Sale or discounted items — Items purchased with a promotional discount or marked-down price
- Custom or personalized items
Final sale status will be clearly noted on each product page before purchase.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
1. Email us at shop@thekollectivefind.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return
2. We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a return authorization
3. Ship the item back using the instructions provided
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked, insured shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
RESTOCKING FEES
We do not charge restocking fees on items returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to items returned in less than original condition, showing signs of wear, or missing original tags or packaging.
EXCHANGES
Because most of our pieces are one-of-a-kind, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
At this time, Kollective Find ships within the United States only. We hope to expand internationally in the future.
OUR AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE
Every luxury designer item we sell is authenticated by our team. This includes luxury designer handbags, shoes, watches, fine jewelry, and luxury designer accessories from houses such as Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Gucci, Prada, and similar luxury brands.
For contemporary brands (such as Coach, Kate Spade, Tory Burch, Michael Kors), vintage pieces without luxury designer labels, vintage home décor, costume jewelry, and items where formal authentication does not exist, we provide hand-inspection and honest condition disclosure rather than formal authentication.
If you ever receive a luxury designer item from us that you believe is not authentic, contact us within 7 days of delivery at shop@thekollectivefind.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including a full refund where warranted.
OUR CONDITION GUARANTEE
We describe every item's condition honestly and photograph any visible flaws. If your item arrives in noticeably worse condition than described, contact us within 7 days of delivery at shop@thekollectivefind.com and we will make it right.
DAMAGED OR LOST IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) at shop@thekollectivefind.com with your order number and, for damaged items, photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with the carrier to resolve and ensure you're taken care of.
