Every piece at Kollective Find is clearly graded so you know exactly what you're getting. Here's how to read our condition ratings.
NWT — NEW WITH TAGS
The item has never been worn or used and still has its original tags attached. These pieces are in pristine, brand-new condition.
What to expect: Original tags, packaging when available, no signs of wear or use.
EXCELLENT
The item is in like-new condition. It may have been gently worn or used but shows no visible signs of wear.
What to expect: No scratches, scuffs, marks, or signs of use. Looks essentially new. May or may not include original packaging.
VERY GOOD
The item has been used but is well cared for. Minor signs of wear may be present but do not affect the overall appearance or function.
What to expect: Very minor signs of wear that may include light surface scratches, slight softening of leather, or minimal handle wear. All hardware, stitching, and structural elements are intact.
GOOD
The item shows visible signs of wear consistent with regular use. All original features remain intact and functional.
What to expect: Noticeable but reasonable wear — light scuffs, faint marks, softened leather, or minor patina. We disclose all flaws in the product photos and description. These pieces still have plenty of life left and often offer the best value.
VINTAGE
Items 20+ years old are graded separately because age and patina are part of their character and appeal. Vintage condition reflects the era and history of the piece.
What to expect: Each vintage piece is described individually with its specific condition notes. We photograph any flaws, signs of age, or unique character marks so you know exactly what to expect. Vintage pieces are loved for their history — small imperfections often add to their charm.

Every product page includes detailed photos and a written description of the item's exact condition, including any specific flaws or wear. We will never hide an imperfection.
