SHIPPING POLICY
At Kollective Find, we take great care to ensure your authenticated luxury, vintage, and contemporary finds arrive safely, quickly, and beautifully packaged. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship throughout the United States, including all 50 states, US Territories (Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, and more), and military APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is not yet available, but we hope to expand in the future — follow us on Instagram or sign up for our newsletter for updates.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day of purchase. Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
SAME-DAY SHIPPING: Orders placed with expedited shipping (UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, or other express options) before 1:00 PM Central Time on a business day will ship the same day, when possible.
NO AUTHENTICATION DELAYS: Every luxury designer item in our inventory is authenticated BEFORE being listed for sale. This means there are no waiting periods or post-purchase authentication delays — your order ships within 1 business day, every time.
SHIPPING OPTIONS & RATES
We offer multiple shipping options through trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL Express. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.
ECONOMY SHIPPING (5-8 Business Days)
- $4.90 for packages 0-5 lbs
- $19.90 for packages 5-70 lbs
- Best for non-urgent orders looking for the most affordable option
STANDARD SHIPPING (3-4 Business Days)
- $6.90 for packages 0-1 lb
- $9.90 for packages 1-5 lbs

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS $500 AND UP
Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders of $500 or more (via USPS Ground Advantage). Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout — no code required.
PROTECTION FOR YOUR LUXURY ITEMS
We treat every order with the care it deserves, but high-value items receive extra protection:
SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION ($1,000+ ORDERS)
All luxury orders valued at $1,000 or more require signature confirmation upon delivery. This protects your investment and ensures your item is received by you or a trusted person at your address.
DECLARED VALUE & INSURANCE ($1,000+ ORDERS)
Orders valued at $1,000 or more are automatically insured through our shipping carrier with declared value protection. This covers the full replacement value in the rare event of loss or damage during transit.
PACKAGING THAT PROTECTS
Your order ships in protective packaging, often featuring our Kollective Find branding. Luxury items are carefully wrapped in protective materials, including dust bags and tissue paper where appropriate, to ensure pristine arrival. Every order includes a personal thank you note from our family to yours.
ORDER TRACKING
Every order ships with full tracking. You'll receive:
- An order confirmation email immediately after purchase
- A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is fulfilled
- Real-time tracking updates as your package moves through the carrier's network

SPECIAL DESTINATIONS
PO BOXES
We ship to PO Boxes via USPS only. UPS and FedEx do not deliver to PO Box addresses. When ordering to a PO Box, please select a USPS shipping option at checkout.
MILITARY ADDRESSES (APO/FPO)
We proudly ship to military APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Delivery times may vary based on military mail processing and your service member's location. Please allow additional time for these deliveries.
ALASKA, HAWAII & US TERRITORIES
We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, Guam, and other US Territories. Shipping rates and transit times are calculated at checkout based on destination. Note that delivery times may be extended for non-contiguous US destinations, and some shipping options may not be available.
LOCAL HOUSTON DELIVERY
While we don't currently offer local delivery as a checkout option, we do provide complimentary white-glove local delivery for select VIP customers and high-value orders within the Houston metro area. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
We do everything we can to ensure your package arrives safely, but in the rare event something goes wrong, here's our policy:
IF YOUR PACKAGE IS MARKED "DELIVERED" BUT NOT RECEIVED
1. Check with neighbors, building management, doorman, or household members
2. Look for delivery notifications or notes about alternate placement
3. Contact us within 48 hours of the delivery notification at shop@thekollectivefind.com
4. We will work with you and the carrier to file a claim and resolve the issue
For Insured Orders ($1,000+):
We will file a carrier claim on your behalf. Once the claim is processed (typically 7-21 business days), we will issue a refund or replacement, depending on item availability and your preference.
For Orders Under $1,000:
Replacement or refund is at our discretion based on circumstances, carrier investigation results, and item availability. We always work in good faith to resolve issues fairly.
STOLEN PACKAGES
For orders valued at $500 or more, we may request that you file a police report to support carrier insurance claims.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged:
1. Take photos of the packaging AND the damaged item immediately
2. Save all packaging materials
3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shop@thekollectivefind.com
4. We will arrange a return, refund, or replacement based on the situation and item availability
ONE-OF-A-KIND ITEMS
Many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind vintage or rare luxury finds that cannot be replaced if lost or damaged in transit. In these cases, a full refund will be issued once carrier claims are resolved.
ADDRESS CHANGES & ORDER MODIFICATIONS
Need to change your shipping address or modify your order? Contact us as soon as possible at shop@thekollectivefind.com or 346-337-5027.
- If your order has not yet shipped, we can update the address or modify the order
- Once an order has shipped, address changes must be requested through the carrier directly
- We cannot guarantee address changes after shipping and are not responsible for orders shipped to addresses provided at checkout
HOLIDAY SHIPPING
During peak holiday seasons (Black Friday through New Year's), processing times may be slightly extended due to high order volume. We will post holiday shipping cutoff dates on our homepage and in our newsletter to ensure your gifts arrive on time. Sign up for our newsletter to stay informed.
SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES
Currently, each order can only ship to one address. If you'd like to send items to multiple addresses (gifts, for example), please place separate orders for each destination.
REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is refused at delivery or returned to us as undeliverable (incorrect address, customer unavailable for signature, etc.), we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Customers are responsible for additional shipping costs in these cases.
