A beautifully ornate Imperial mantel clock, made in Italy by Farbel Fonderie d'Arte in cast gilt brass with rich cobalt blue porcelain accents. Farbel (founded 1966) is the Italian workshop behind the esteemed "Imperial" mark, known for hand-cast brass reproductions of classic European clocks. The baroque Louis XV–style case features a cobalt egg finial, scrolled foliate casting, fluted columns, and lion's-paw feet, centered on a Roman-numeral dial signed "Imperial." A striking Hollywood Regency statement piece for a mantel, shelf, desk, or vanity — a statement find from another era, ready for its next chapter.
Vintage, made in Italy (a quality reproduction in the antique style, not an antique). Battery-operated quartz movement — tested and in working order. Approximately 14¾" tall (base 10¾" wide × 6¼" deep). Very good condition: no true discoloration to the brass, no chips to the cobalt porcelain, and no scratches — clean and display-ready.
