A sweet one-of-a-kind — an authentic Ralph Lauren gingham shirt, reimagined by our family into a romantic statement piece. We removed the original collar and replaced it with a dramatic hand-gathered ruffle, cut from the bottom of the shirt's own fabric — so it's a flawless check-for-check match, and not a scrap was wasted. The neckline opens softly at the front and the ruffle rises around the back, turning a crisp button-down into a billowy, feminine top with a sunny picnic-and-garden-party spirit.

Cut to a relaxed, drapey cropped silhouette with a cleanly refinished hem, it tucks beautifully into a high waist or layers open over a tank. Every ruffle is gathered and sewn by hand, so this piece is the only one of its kind.

Crisp cotton in bright orange-and-white gingham check, with the signature embroidered blue Polo pony at the chest, pearl buttons, and long sleeves with button cuffs. The original RALPH LAUREN label remains inside. Genuine Ralph Lauren base, reimagined and hand-finished by The Kollective Find family.
